Ordered dress received a different style

I ordered this dress in teal and received the off the shoulder style in hunter green. Love the fit & color of the off the shoulder but really wanted the teal dress.

Not the right dress TWICE

I ordered this lovely dress and received almost the right dress - but not quite. So they ordered it for me again, and the same wrong one came again. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing.
