Shipping Damage Goods

My order was damage the perfume the bottles were broken, I believe they knew it was broken when it was shipped since it was wrapped in Ziplock bag. I have never experience this from Macys.

Arrived broken and one empty and you could tell by the rattling of broken glass. They must have known at warehouse before shipping
