Jacket was not received

UPS shows jacket being delivered to the mail room but never received it unfortunately!!! I just wish that I have received the jacket as it was for my daughter . Macy giving me a refund and saying that I don’t need to return the item and I can keep it . There was no item received on our side . What is that mean ? When I don’t have the item , how would I keep something that I don’t have it . Very strange

I love it but color is not a match

It is very warm and nice. However it is not the same color as in the picture. It is lighter like cream/ off white color. Definitely not dark taupe as described.
