Bad online shopping experience

I order this wallet and they send me a complete different one that was used it had a penny inside this is the 2 nd time I purchased coach at Macys and both times bad experience…. I will never purchase online nothing anymore… now I have to go out of my way to return it I have to look for a box because it came in cheap plastic bag and print a label and take it to a ups! And then have to wait for my refund about. Week when they took the money same day I purchased horrible way to do business!

My new go to for my Brooklyn 39!

This wallet is perfect for my new Brooklyn 39 and my other Coach purses/totes. I appreciate the side, curved zipper that is easier to access and it has another pocket compared to the smaller Card wallets. I wish it was longer, but the size does offer easy, on the go movement when switching purses.
