knit white with gold stripe top, runs very small

Size is way too small. I typically wear a L or XL in tops, I purchased XL due to reviews and too fitted/snug before washing. I wanted fitted so thought XL would be good due to high cotton content (which I love and why purchasing bc I don’t like lots of synthetic materials) but afraid would shrink too much for this reason. I am 5’6, 160, 36” C cup. Returning.

This runs small or tight. tight in the arms and torso. Go up at least 1 size and for the love of all that tis holy, don't put it in the dryer.
