Poor Customer Service

I used a store cash $20 towards this purchase. Within 5 minutes I changed my mind wanted another brand name of mascara. I asked the sales lady if I could exchange the item. She told me the store cash is one time use only. I ended up getting the mascara I don’t want. I wish she would find a way to help me. Thanks!
