Didnt arrive as expected

I hope everything is going well, but I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. The package I expected was not delivered, so I had to reorder it. Unfortunately, it's now too late for the event I needed it for. I have always ordered from Macy's and find it unacceptable that this one item won’t arrive on time. The delivery date was supposed to be the 18th, but now it's pushed to the 25th.:(( since the item got LOST!

Unique!

This is a substantial sweater, not a thin little topper. Two pockets, 6 inches deep & 5 inches wide, so fits most phones, keys, lip balm, IDs, etc. It is open-having closures would make it close to perfect for me. I got the XL, as it didn’t lay as open as the L. The sleeves felt the same on both sizes-loose-the sleeves are not tight, which is nice. I love the pattern. This is a distinctive unique sweater. I’ve always liked long sweaters, but patterned one that I like are hard to find-until now! I usually wear a size 16-18.
