Love the ring but

So I bought this ring for for my girlfriend and kept it in the package til the other day and we noticed that on of the gems on the band is missing and it wasn’t in the package at all. I don’t want to return it. I would just like to have it repaired so it if some be could reach out to me via email with info please and thank you
