Beautiful, top quality hooded coat

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my eight year old granddaughter, so since Christmas isn't here yet, I can only give a review on my visual perspective. The coat/jacket is beautiful and well made. I really like that it's water resistant, and the liner can be zipped out to wear alone. The one thing I don't like is that the hood is attached. I almost didn't buy due to it not being a detachable hood
