Has manufacturing defect

I love the shirt the fabric and the cut, but unfortunately it has a defect - the hem is cut differently on the left and right sides of the buttons plank. One side is visibly more rounded than the other and it looks awkward. I'm ordering another one and hope it will be made better. Otherwise, I'll have to change it into a light jacket with straight hem and sleeves, but I hope not to need to bc my sewing machine doesn't always cooperates.
