Measurements incorrect!

Ordered the bag because the description said “Medium-sized bag; 12"W x 4"H x 7"D; 1 lb. approx. weight”. When bag arrived, the bag measures only 10”W. Everything else seems correct. Wanted to bag a little bigger than what came in the mail.
