Damaged zipper

I’m an international customer from the Bahamas so it took me about a month to receive my order. Not a problem. However i got the dress a week before my event and upon opening inspecting the dress found out the invisible zipper was damaged. I cannot return the dress and in order to wear it I have to install a new zipper. I think it as intentional that the dress was sent with the malfunction as it was obvious right away that the zipper was damaged. This is my first order from Macys so I’m very disappointed. Otherwise the dress looks lovely. I haven’t been able to try it on as yet so I still don’t know what it looks like on.

This Alex Evenings beauty was a hit. The dress is a beautiful, gunmetal stylish garment. I was all dressed up without all the fuss and was quite comfortable.
