Poor quality

Dress looked like it had been worn and possibly washed, returned and placed back on the rack for resale. Fringe was missing and pulled uneven on the hem.

Beautiful Dress

Very sexy and classy at the same time. Bought it for my amazing birthday dinner in Atlantic City, but it was too snug. Again, the dress is gorgeous.
