Bad quality

The dress looked like somebody just took it out from the garbage. I can't wear the dress.

Terrible fit

It did not state this dress was nob-returable when purchased. The fit is too small and cannot be worn. The double ties are bulky and the skirt is at a bad heighth. The picture online showed as pink details, but in reality is beige & boring.
