Why does Shiseido alter formula on this product!!

I am sensitive and have used this product for decades. In 2025, I ordered 2 packs from shiseido.com when it was on sale. As soon as I opened it, I was disgusted by the strong smell of fragrance. I used it because I had no other option during the winter holidays. However, I developed severe and persistent coughing. Then I ordered one jar from Macy.com this past January. I could still smell some fragrance. Its formula definitely has been altered by shiseido.com because my symptoms immediately improved but it took me almost 2 months to realize that I still had minor symptom lingering. The symptoms were totally gone 24 hours after I stopped using it. I repeated this test twice and confirmed that it was very bad for my health. For my recent order of these 2 packs, it still smells the same as the one I bought in January. Also, only 1 pack was shipped. The other reviews expressed the same problems. I am disappointed that shiseido.com now prioritizes profits. Why does Shiseido alter formula?

Shiseido 2 Pc Bio Performance Revitalizing Cream

Product is good but this time delivered through Door Dash. Very unprofessional delivery. Delivered at the out side main gate of the community. No call initiated by delivery guy or call box pressed to enter into the community. I got a message for delivery and while tracking, found the delivered image at Door Dash site. As my office was close I was able to go and collect the package. There was a chance as its outside and on the road some body would have picked up. Horrible delivery.

Potentially fake product

I’ve been a customer for many years and usually buy this product in-person. First time ordering via the mobile app around Dec. 2025. Product arrived on time and in a Macy’s box, but the moisturizer inside the container does not appear to be the product itself. It has a different scent and slightly more liquid texture than the usual. The container appears to be sealed with the sticker, so I’m not sure what went wrong in this process. So far, my family and I have only used the first container.

The issue of buying the Shiseido merchandise.

I order two bottles of Shiseido, 2.53 ounce. You guys sent me a bottle 2.6 ounces. When I came to talked to customer service, they told me take to Shisedo kios. The salespeople refused to help me. They were unresponsibility. It’s their mistake to send one bottle instead of two. I was upset, and returned the merchandise. I thought Marcy’s is a big company, you guys should fix the issue right away. You guys should train your employees more responsibly.
