received defective laptop

I received a defective laptop and now adorarama won't return it without the box.. which is illegal.. There are 3 federal laws Protect consumers against that that.. i really hope macy's makes it right...

THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG !

This laptop was my wife’s BIG Christmas gift and it was delivered in a box written all over it what was in the box ? I submitted it was a gift every box delivered to our home has just the shipping label! So much for the surprise as my wife gets the mail & packages every day. Unbelievable!
