Failure to inspect purse before shipping

Purse was beautiful but the condition was horrible. Looks like it was pre owned and returned due to ruining of the suede. Tags were already removed. Had to return!

Love it

This bag is a great size - not too big and not too small. Big enough to hold everything and not bulky. Color is gorgeous and the suede is a nice change from calf. Highly recommend

Good service no box

They were very nice and fast with the pick up. If you purchase the purse directly from Coach it will be wrapped in a nice Coach box. Macys did not even have any generic boxes that fit the purse. If Macys is going to sell the brand I believe you should get the same product/ experience as you would from the Coach store. Stop cutting costs and elevate the consumer experience.

Perfect Bag

Suede and light

Lola shoulder bag materials are suede and leather, in brown colors perfect for fall. The shoulder strap is thick and the bag is spacious inside. With only one zipper and inside it has a tiny pocket. It is also lightweight to carry on as well as looking durable. This is my first Coach bag and it looks very promising, I love it!!!
