VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Ordered a few things on Jan.26, estimated arrival date was Feb 4th,called twice and got no explanation why my items weren’t shipped. I called again on Feb 9th and requested a refund, I’m waiting to get my money back. Crappy way to do business but I can assure UA this will NEVER happen to me again!!
