Nice dress

Ordered this dress in both a Petite small and medium. It is a pull on style, light weight and has a little stretch in it. It has shoulder pads. I am 5'1" and 118 lbs, 38C bra. The small fit the best hitting just above the knees but just a little tighter in the bust than I would like but it is ok. The medium was just too much bigger all around for me and so I returned it. It is a nice dress that can span seasons spring through fall.
