This fragrance is pretty fantastic. It has a spicy, semi-sweet scent that's great. It also has a hint of smoky floral aroma, but it's not too strong in either direction. Smells perfect for year-round use, and when the scent fades after a few hours, it only gets better!

Not my favorite scent. It is a bit uni-sex leaning for me, especially with the orange blossom note. Definitely a more youthful scent, just in my honest opinion. Average performance as it is kind of light. Read less

This is a bold and luxurious fragrance with a warm and floral Amber character. The ylang ylang adds a creamy floral touch, while deeper notes like the amber and tonka give it richness and depth. It definitely leans more masculine and has a strong presence, so a little goes a long way. The scent feels sophisticated warm and long lasting. This scent is perfect for dinner, date night or night time OUTSIDE activities. Also perfect if you enjoy fragrances that are powerful and unique. My personal favorite from the Alchemist line was “a chant for the nymph”. So so amazing went out and bought an entire bottle!

I have never gotten so many compliments as I did from this fragrance! I sprayed just two sprays on my neck and I was complimented the whole day! It was a sample bottle but perfect to “refresh” at any event! I will be buying a FULL SIZE bottle to add to my collection of perfumes!

I just don’t think this scent was for me. A bit too heavy & musky for my liking. Dare I say the smell reminds me of a funeral home? Couldn’t get the scent out of my nose for the first ~3 hours after applying, which at least says good things about its wear time. I will say it became a bit more pleasant and tolerable as it wore off but would still pass on this one.

Ylang Amber
A lovely amber ylang ylang scent that’s mature but not too powdery or musky. I think this is more ideal for winter and autumn and prefer a lighter scent for spring. It lasts decently long and the logo is cute with the chameleon.
