I bought the fragrance because it was supposed to be authentic, but it doesn't last at all; the scent fades within minutes. I do not recommend it whatsoever, and I would like to return it.

Rude customer service

I was outside waiting for my pick up for over 10 minutes called the store and they told me they don’t go out when it’s raining and thundering that’s fine and understandable. She told me to drive up to the doors which I did and I pulled on the window and she threw the product inside my car. Ridiculous. I’ve never in my life experience this type of rude customer service instead of handing it to me in my hand you just threw it in my car please train your associates. Macy’s. This is the last time I’ll ever do any type of pick up for you guys. I’d rather go to JCPenney.
