Do not buy

I thought 550 threadcount wouldn’t feel like cardboard. I can’t return them because I open the package. I washed them hoping they would soften up. I don’t wanna throw them out because I spent money on them, but I can’t put them on anyone’s bed because they’re so uncomfortable feeling. I do not recommend them at all if I could give zero stars I would.

These feel more like rubber sheets than cotton.

Definitely not soft cotton!

I just took these sheets out to wash them. There is no way that they are made out of 550 thread count. The sheets feel like plastic. I compared them to the set I bought last year which are soft and wonderful and that is the reason I ordered them this year. Do not buy them.

Candy Cane Red Holiday Sheets

I love these 550 thread count sheets I think they'll require a few more washings to soften up. My only issue was some staining on my dryer walls. I also noticed another commenter mentioning the same problem. All in all for 75% off I went ahead and purchased three sets with different patterns.
