It actually works!

I don't like toner because most of them don't do anything. I received a sample on this before. After a few uses I noticed the improvement in skin texture. So I bought the regular size from Macy's. It has a pleasant scent. No harsh alcoholic feel. But actually worked!

I forgot that Shiseido is one of the best skincare products since I stop buying because of the ever increasing price. My friend convinced me to buy because of the 20% discounts plu the free gift purchases. I wish that they would have sales like that or better for people to be able to afford Shiseido again.
