Deliveries delay

This month is the second time that I have to pay the bill with out receive my purchase. This is not fair to the clients. I paid, and I don't know yet if the purchase fits me well or if it is in good condition. My money before my merchandise. This is no good for me. I do not have an idea when I will receive the merchandise, but I have already paid. If I do not pay on time, I will have to pay very high interest so ....
