Great shirt - annoying retailer. Will never purchase anything online from Macy's again due to all the spam e-mail that I can't get to stop despite hitting unsubscribe over and over.

Will never shop Macys again
Ohhhhh, THIS is rich! I ordered this shirt a couple of weeks prior to an international vacation hoping it would arrive on time (for in-store pickup). It did not arrive until several days after we left; Macy's said it had to be picked up by 3/24. We wouldn't be back in the country until 3/26. I had limited WiFi minutes that did not include calls, and I wasted over 20 minutes chatting with a "customer service" (HA!) agent. They told me there was no way to extend the window, nor was there any way to add someone else to pick it up. I've literally never heard of this before from a retailer! The order was canceled after I didn't pick up by 3/24 as, again NOT IN THE COUNTRY. Allegedly it will be refunded. Now Macys is asking for a review of the shirt they wouldn't hold for an extra 2 days even though it was 100% paid for? Amazing (and NOT in a good way). I picked up a similar shirt in Dillards yesterday, which is where I will now do all my shopping. I will never step foot in Macys again.
