Disappointing

I purchased this refill pack on Macy’s online store, the lipstick came broken from the base and it flew out of the case when I opened it. It discolored my clothes, my hands and pretty much everything I touched after. Pigment is great, but very drying and heavily scented. I wish I could just return the lipstick.

So mad!!

Recently purchased the refill package from Macy’s online and as soon as I open the lipstick bullet, the lipstick flew out and broke from the base. There goes my $$…extremely mad at the quality for the price. I got 837 deep iris- color is pretty and feels lightweight but oh boy it doesn’t like to stay in the bullet. Work on the quality Guerlain…I’m hesitant to purchase other shades now-especially online.
