Missing Item in Dolce & Gabbana Set.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I purchased a Dolce & Gabbana perfume set, and upon opening the package, I discovered that the small travel-size perfume was missing. The packaging clearly has a designated space for it, yet it was completely empty. This is unacceptable. When purchasing a set,especially from a reputable retailer like Macy’s. I expect all items to be included as advertised. This not only reflects poor quality control but also creates inconvenience and frustration for the customer. I trusted Macy’s to deliver a complete and accurate order, and this experience has unfortunately impacted that trust. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly, whether through a replacement of the missing item or appropriate resolution. I hope Macy’s takes this feedback seriously and improves its packaging and fulfillment processes to prevent this from happening to other customers.
