I paid for this but I never got the item and got the email for delivery and but did not receive and contacted to customer service but they declined replacement or refund. I will never buy anything from Macy.. why they leave downstairs without notifying and do not take pictures by the door and now they thinking we are lying and they telling truth . So no point arguing
