Bad ink.

The ink cartridges was not accepted by my brotjer printer Too difficult to return. I won't buy with you guys amymore. Got an Amaxon ink thays not Brother amd it worked well. Bye Brother It wss a waist of my timr and money

Our Brother customer support team is available to assist you directly at www.brother-usa.com/brother-support. Brother recommends that customers don't use generic ink cartridges or refill their Brother ink cartridges. Using non-Brother supplies may affect the hardware performance, print quality, and machine reliability since the ink formulation in genuine Brother ink cartridges prevents smearing and clogging of the print head. The Brother limited warranty doesn't apply to any problem caused by the use of unauthorized third party ink and/or cartridges. Brother multifunction machines are designed to work with ink of a particular specification and will work to a level of optimum performance when used with genuine Brother branded ink cartridges. Brother can't guarantee this optimum performance if the ink or ink cartridges of other specifications are used. Brother doesn't, therefore, recommended the use of cartridges other than genuine Brother branded cartridges with this machine or the refilling of empty cartridges. If damage is caused to the print head or other parts of the machine as a result of using incompatible products with the machine, any repairs required as a result may not be covered by warranty.

Inkjet printers are becoming too expensive to main

Not worth. Time to look for a different brand with an Ink Tank.
