Poor Customer Service

I would love to tell you about the products, but I have not received them yet. Delivery was 7 days ago, but evidently my package isn't important enough for Door Dash to deliver in a timely manner. Customer service was no help and said Door Dash is busier on weekends as if that is a legitimate excuse. Shame on you Macy's!

Black Honey

I am enjoying my purchase. I love the lip oil. My lips feel so soft. The mascara looks great on me. It's not too dark. I have fair skin so a lot of make up looks too dark on me. Not this though. I love it.

Great Bundle!

I love this bundle. Black Honey is such a classic and being able to have this many products at a reasonable price is really great. The pigment stays all day and the product feels light on the skin.

Broken pieces.

I bought two sets. One was ok, the other had a broken eye liner, and a chunk missing from the lipstick. A Macy’s store is too far away to return, and I don’t know if I mail it if I would have to pay the shipping, as that information was not available on the website or answered by the Chat bot. I had given the other box to my daughter, and she said hers was okay.

Yes, I did buy it because I wanted the eyeliner and I figured why not buy the kit and get all the extra stuff, but it is not what I expected not even the eyeliner very disappointed
