We love the product, but we're not able to find it in store or online. They were basic colors like black and navy blue and the website kept acting up in the Hillsdale mall and online. It kept saying one of the product you order is not available but which one? We order 10 for black and 10 on midnight blue but that error message keeps showing up and we couldn't identify which product was not available, so we tested out by individually ordering 1 each and still that same message popped up. Very frustrating and not effective nor efficient for us as consumers when the website showed it as available.

Quality of product

I love Jockey Matte & Shine Seamfree and won't buy any other kind. However, on my recent purchase every pair have a lot of snagging in the material. They likely wouldn't be put on a store shelf unless marked as 'defective'. Since I ordered online, I couldn't see the quality before purchasing. Slightly disappointing.
