My Favorite Perfume

The perfume is my favorite, but the service and delivery were of inferior quality. I requested and paid for a gift wrap for the ordered perfume. I received it without the gift trap, and when I complained, I only received a partial refund of the amount I paid for the gift trap. I sent an email to ask the reason I didn't receive a complete refund for the gift wrap, but I never received a response.
