Rare underperformance for Macy’s and R.Lauren Polo

I am a huge fan of the quality of Ralph Lauren Polo quality. I was disappointed that the delivery that was supposed to occur on 8/1/2025 did not occur on 8/2, or 8/3 and it was not until later in the afternoon on 8/4. I always feel like when Expectations, Perceptions, and then the Reality all stay in alignment everyone is the content. On a related note, the Duvet is well made, but I was expecting the fabric to have a little sheen to it. The thinness of the fabric plays up the need for some time of insert to install inside the buttoned interior, but I can find none listed on the Macy’s web site. The buttons also add to the expectation of some type of insert to complete the duvet.

Very nice material but it fits like a king. If you have king insert that’s great. I don’t so have to return and find something else

Very special

This plate has a very special shape. It looks dainty but is solid without looking inelegant. I used it the same day to display my famous tuna salad and it looked more appetizing because there was enough room to decorate it. I will use it for deserts, fruit, cold cuts - anything ! Very happy with it.
