Caused eye irritation
Color is good, seems to last. But... I have never, ever, had sensitivity to a product before this. I don't generally have eye issues period, nor do I have allergies that would cause this reaction. Eyes are irritated and water constantly. I have gone back and forth with this, and its undoubtedly this pencil. I was so excited to find a Made in the USA product. :(

Waste of money
I bought this eyeliner because everyone raves about Stila liners. It crumbles and breaks every. single.time I try to use it! Such a waste of money.

I love this product! But 2 things…
I love this product! I am always on the search for eyeliner, being a former redhead, whose hair has turned pale blonde and who needs eye make up so as not to look like a hard-boiled egg. I ordered one color, Abalone, to gently line my lower lid. But it is lighter even than the sample shown online. It virtually disappears on my pale face. I think it is intended only to brighten the inner corners of your eyes, not sure, and a dated look I’m tiring of. My second issue: this product is meant to be smudged, and yet a smudger is not included at the end of the stick. This is ungenerous and silly, and it leads to a mad, unsuccessful scramble at the makeup table as you try to find something to smudge your line. That said, I am ordering 2other colors that I hope will work with me, though not on the lower lead. That’s a lost cause. WISHLIST: **Please** Include at least two other light colors for your potential millions of older clients: perhaps taupe and gray, non-metallic.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MACYS
Do not order from Macys. They are notorious for poor shipping service. I placed an order for 5 items on 5/4. The 1st item shipped and was received. The 2nd shipment was never received. I made 3 phone calls to get these items. The 1st call resulted in the incorrect item reshipped. The 2nd call resulted in the rep stating the items would be shipped by the 16th and to call back if they weren’t received. I asked for a tracking number they just said call back after the 16th if not received. The items were not received on the 16th. I called back and the rep stated they would reship the items. I asked for a confirmation or tracking number and she said it would be received on the 20th. On the 20th, I received a notice that my order was cancelled. All the time, I was charged for the items that I never received.

i asked the worker for eyeliner that would be usable for waterline and she recommended me this. idk if its js my eyes but the pigment doesn't really show that well and ran away easily. it does work really well on other parts of the skin though, it doesn't budge after it's set. i will give it another try just to be sure, but it doesn't really work for me.
