Comfortable but not the color shown
I ordered a 6 wide and it fit great seemed comfortable. Unfortunately the color is much darker more of a deep chocolate. In the picture the bootie looks like it might be suede but it’s not.
Unresolved comedy of errors
I am really disappointed with my latest experience with Macy's. I ordered a pair of shoes to ship to the store. When I picked them up they were the wrong color. For some reason they could not process an order at the store but could online so I had to talk to customer service via phone at the store which took 40 minutes including being placed on hold in the store for 10 minutes. They placed an order on the phone but could not ship to the store. They refused to do expedited shipping (even though it was their error). She processed the order and CHARGED me shipping for their error. When I questioned it she said there was nothing she could do until the shoes shipped. One day later I got a refund for the whole order before the shoes even arrived. Two days later I got charged again a different amount (higher) for the shoes including shipping. To add insult to injury the shoes were shipped in the wrong color AGAIN. I now have to go to Macy's to return the shoes and get a refund.

Wrong color
I did not realized that the color was not the same as pictured... I was sent a dark brown but they comfy. Says the same color on the box as it was posted.
