Old fashioned

These rugs look like something that my grandma had in her house back in the day! First of all, I ordered 4 rugs, only 3 were delivered. Second the return policy is awful. Took these heavy rugs back to the store and they said they can’t return them. I took them back home had to call customer service to get a return label. They sent 1 return label for all 3 of my rugs. Had to tape 3 rugs together, make a trip to a UPS store and now I am hoping the tape holds so all 3 rugs reach their destination. Hopefully a refund will come soon. Never will I order something like that again from Macy’s!!

Just okay

Pattern is not like the picture posted at all. Pattern seems to just be all over on the one that I received whereas the one pictured seemed to have specific designs and not a uniform print overall all. It feels soft and a little silky in comparison to most wool rugs. It just received it today. Different from pictured but I’ll keep it. The pictures listed look better than what I received.
