Way too small for stated size

I followed the size chart and read the reviews. I sized up because so many people said this ran small. I ordered the XL for a size 12 and slender 88 pound child. The pants were so tight at the waist and waist tie was irritatingly short. If I untied it, the tie would have gone inside the waistband never to be seen again. The ankles were so tight she could barely get the pants over her size 3 feet. The sleeves on the matching jacket were also too short. I’ve been buying Polo for years and this is the worst yet. This size 16 might fit a small size 10 child. I do not recommend this outfit for anyone over 88 pounds. What’s even more annoying is that on this review link I can’t add a photo. Why would that be??? I have photos. Also, the size chart attached to this page is incorrect. If you follow the size chart this outfit will be way too small as well. Quality is just unbelievable lately.
