Decent Girdle

It did slim down my stomach some but still didn't fit the dress well and I didn't like that the pantie part wasn't seamless so showed through and cut my butt off in an awkward way. I only use it if I am wearing two pieces at this point

Not a miracle for me

May cinch in the waist some but didn't flatten my lower ab area, which is what I wanted. Little to no improvement for my silhouette with/without it in a dress, so I returned it.
