The item was delivered to me wet, dirty and stunk. Processed return online to take to the store and the store did not want to take it. I told them it was not going back with me and the manager reluctantly took it and said she did not want it to go against her store so that's why she did not want to take it. Not a good experience for me.

Nice and big
I ordered two of these pillows and they are just as they were described. They definitely serve their purpose. One minor downside is they are a little softer than I would like but it's fine for my wife. I would recommend and would probably buy again.

No packing. Is this used product??
I ordered this for a friend and it came to her with no plastic wrap or any kind of wrap and no packing ticket. This is the same way the one I order for myself came. Who is packing Macy's products? This is very "unprofessional looking" especial for a gift. can What a disappointment. Macy's can do better. Is this merchandise used?? Is this why there is no packing materials in the box? I've also received coats, shirts, etc with no packing and items just stuffed into a cardboard box. Bad presentation Macy's. Please train your employees better.
