Not firm enough to smudge pencil eyeliner.

I wanted the brush to be firm so that the eyeliner could easily be smudged. Other reviews said it worked well, but it’s not what I needed. It has the texture of a regular shadow brush and expensive for the quality.

Great small brush

Perfect small-sized brush for using eyeshadow as an eyeliner. Stiff enough to draw a line but soft enough to smudge out. One star off for the price
