Great For Pizza
I got the mat primarily for shaping pizza dough, and it works great. It helps me to quickly make pizzas the right size and shape, and it is easy to clean: a little flour, form pizza, clean with a damp sponge, roll for storage. A nice piece of kitchen equipment.

I got this and the rolling pin so that I can make my own pie crust for my apple pie. I love it

Just What I Needed!
Everything I thought it'd be. In particular the conversion and substitution charts. Love the size and utility.

Just right
Replaces an older mat that was too large and had hard-to-read words and measurements. This one is perfect. Minimizes the flour needed to do dough shaping and all the printing is very clear.

Not nonstick
Mat sticks to the table good, because it's not truly non-stick. Likewise, the dough sticks to the mat unless you use a LOT of flour which I don't like doing with my pie crust. The measured circles are handy.

Pastry mat
This silicone mat is life saver. You can shape your pastry’s to perfection. It’s made out of silicone so it washes easily. I sometimes use it instead of parchment paper in the oven bc it’s heat resistant. It’s a large mat but it it very thin but not thine ouch to cut through.
