Nearly expired product, very disappointed

The cream I received expires in about one month, which is far too soon for a skincare product. This information was not disclosed when I purchased it. Products like this should have a reasonable shelf life. I feel misled and would not buy again.

Best Moisturizer I've Ever Used

I have used this product and the white lucent line since I was 14. My skin is the sensitive kind and it breaks out easily. This is the only moisturizer that I can wear consistently all day without my skin breaking out. My sunscreen and concealer layers great on top of it as well. I can't imagine my skincare routine without it or what I can even replace it with. Please bring it back!

Possible Return/Open Item Sold as New

The product itself seems fine and appears to be in good condition, but I have serious concerns about how it was fulfilled. I ordered this as a new item, yet the package arrived half-opened, and the product seal was already broken. While the contents looked unused after I opened the lid, I cannot be fully confident that this is truly a new, untampered product. This is unacceptable when purchasing something listed as new. A broken seal and damaged packaging raise real hygiene and quality concerns. I expected a factory-sealed item — not something that appears to have been previously opened or returned. I’d recommend the seller or fulfillment center review their quality checks before shipping. Buyers deserve to receive exactly what they pay for.

Please bring this back, please!

This is the ONLY product that took lightened my sun spots and melasma. I used to have horrible marks and patches on both cheeks. This was so effective, I don't have to use makeup to cover my skin. Please bring it back. It's hard to find something that works!
