Customer service skills needed

. Macy never completed the order and I’m still waiting for my refund. I spent three days between Online Chat and phone customer service trying to get assistance on order status. And of course I’m still waiting for my refund.

Awesome soap!!

This soap is fine milled and great for my sensitive skin. I use it on my body and the first bar last almost 6 months. I store it in a bamboo soap holder. it has a clean slightly sweet smell. o highly recommend this soap it’s great for my dry skin. it has help with skin congestion, I used to break out in my shoulders and back.
