Never received package or refund!

I wish I could review the jeans however I never received the package and both Macys and the DoorDash delivery service they used have been no help. Macys customer service was awful and I have been a loyal Macys shopper since college. The tracking says first delivery attempt made and will re-deliver. No update since then. Macys emails for a review yet can’t refund or find the package with their carrier. I have spent hours on the phone and on line trying to resolve. Very disappointing.

Straight fit

Lucky Brand is my favorite Jean. I wear a 36 x 30 jean. I ordered a straight fit but received a bell bottom finished, the hem was very wide.
