I buy this product each time there is a need.

After cleansing with Shiseido, Clarifying Cleansing Foam, I apply the Shiseido Treatment Softener Enriched. They are a terrific combination. Have used them for years and will not use anything else. Thank you Shiseido !! Dot Lybarger

My skin is so soft afterr using it

After showering and cleaning my face, I use two cotton pads wet with the liquid. Cover my face entirely and my neck. I let it dry and use then the other face items.

What I got is not what I ordered

I ordered Shiseido Treatment Softener Enriched but what I got is not enriched. See attached photo. It happened twice!!!
