Horrible microwave

This is the worst microwave ever. I had to reheat my food numerous times to get it warm. It died on me in less than a year. 0 out of 10 don't recommend.

Operating Issue

Excited when I ordered it but since then, the beautiful microwave has disappointed me. The door has a 'log' mechanism but even when that is released, the door will not open. I have to grab bottom right of door to open it. Seems we really struggle with the door when we use it. Working on returning the product.
