This school year, Macy's is supporting youth mental health by partnering with The Jed Foundation (JED) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Now through 9/14/2024, Macy’s will match donations made online at macys.com. JED is a leading national nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide in teens and young adults, helping them thrive now and in the future. NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization with over 650 state organizations and affiliates that provide advocacy, education, support, and public awareness around mental health and mental health conditions. Since 2022 alone, Macy’s has donated $3.3M to JED & NAMI to provide mental health services, create systemic change in high schools, colleges & universities, and supply resources for young people and supportive adults.
