Handles are very faulty

The pots are really nice and cook well. They do turn brown pretty quickly, but the non-stick coating still works great, so that’s a plus. When I received the pots, there was a screwdriver included in the box. At first, I thought it was packed by mistake. However, after using the pots a few times, the handles started to become loose. Now, I have to tighten them regularly before using the pots — which explains why the screwdriver was included. It seems like the company is aware there’s an issue with the handles, but instead of fixing it, they just provide a screwdriver.
