poor quality

I was excited about the dipped cross necklace because the presentation on the website looked very nice. Unfortunately, when I received it, I was very disappointed. The gold color looked faded, the quality felt very cheap, and it wasn't even packaged nicely — no box, just a basic presentation. Overall, it did not match what was advertised and definitely wasn’t worth the price.
