Never Received Item

My account was debited the day I ordered this bracelet. A month later, no bracelet. I called Macy's and learned the seller never sent it. Beware.

Pretty, but I couldn’t even out it on

This bracelet had zero flexibility so I could not open it at all to slide it on my wrist and I could not even put it on. I had to return it. Additionally, Macy’s is distributing these from a third party seller and I had to ship them back to the third party and wait for a refund… which I have not received yet.
